- Role: I provide intercultural coaching and fspecific frameworks tailored for specific cases.
- Not Therapy: These sessions are not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or medical advice.
- Personal Responsibility: You (the Client) remain the primary architect of your life. All decisions made based on our sessions are your own.
2. Intellectual Property
- The Framework: Concepts such as the 1991 Rupture, Ghost Village, and the Bilingual Heart are the intellectual property of The Indian Software Update.
- Usage: Materials provided (PDFs, Quiz results, Video modules) are for your personal use only. Sharing or reproducing these for commercial purposes is prohibited.
3. Coaching Sessions & Cancellations
- Punctuality: Sessions will start and end on time.
- Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited session fee.
- Point A to Point B: We focus on a solution oriented coaching. Progress requires active participation in homeworks/reflections.
4. Community Conduct (The Glocal Village)
- Respect: Communities thrives on Truth. Harassment, shaming, or disrespectful behavior in comment sections or group calls will result in immediate removal.
- Privacy: What is shared in group coaching stays in the group.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Fees: Fees for coaching packages or digital products shall
- Refunds: Digital products are non-refundable. Coaching refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis prior to the second session.
